RJC 2016 procedural day in Barcelona
International Congress on Civil Evidence and Problematic Aspects.
The RJC 2016 Process Day, organized by La Revista Jurídica de Catalunya, the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia of Barcelona, and the Acadèmia de Jurisprudència i Legislació de Catalunya Association of Probàtica i Dret Probatori (APDP) will be held on the days 24 and 25 November, from 4 pm to 8.30 pm and from 9 am to 2 pm, respectively, at the 8 th Floor of the ICAB, C/Mallorca, 283, Barcelona.
Our associate Elisa Escolà will moderate round table III, which will deal with the new technologies applied to the test; Problems of the electronic test: Whatsapp, e-mails, messages in social networks; Their contribution and challenge in the civil process and private correspondence between lawyers as evidence.
The round table, moderated by Dr. Elisa Escolà, professor of procedural law of the UB and associate of JAUSAS, is formed by Dr. Jaume Alonso-Cuevillas, professor of procedural law of the UB and lawyer; Dr. Manuel Richard González, professor of procedural law at the UPN; And Dr. Juan Antonio Andino, associate professor of procedural law of the UIC and lawyer Col·loqui.
