Jausas have incorporated Josep Lluís Climent, a specialist with more than fifteen years advising in the area of corporate crime and in particularly in relation to corporate offenses, ecological crime, heath and safety on the work place and tax offenses.

In the last seven years, Climent has developed his professional career as an associate to the Litigation Department at the Roca-Junyent practice. Prior to that he had spent seven years as fiscal attorney-prosecutor at the High Court of Justice of Catalunya, where he had been assigned to the corporate crime and anti-corruption Department.

His incorporation to the practice is an opportunity for JAUSAS to expand their expertise and for Climent to closely advise the Departments of Corporate and Litigation which have become two important pilars of the practice and which are expected to generate strong synergies.
