Right to information

In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of personal Data (OLPD), JAUSAS wants to inform its visitors and clients about the existence of an automated personal data file created by JAUSAS. JAUSAS assumes sole responsibility for this file, the purpose of which is to manage the information retrieved through electronic forms located on this site and through email. The file referred to has been registered with the Data Protection Agency.

Purpose

We use the data you supply us with to consider applications you may file and to send you information if you have requested so.

Consent

The use of the forms mentioned above, as well as consulting us by email, implies your consent to automated treatment of the contained data. JAUSAS will treat the data confidential. Only the professionals employed by JAUSAS will see your data, meaning that, unless required by mandatory law, we will never cede these data to third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, completing the fields is optional and voluntary. Not supplying the information required in optional fields, however, does not influence the quality and quantity of the data or services you request. Without you supplying information required by the non-optional fields, we would not be able to take your request in consideration or supply you with the requested service or information.

Right of access

JAUSAS does not "Spam", neither does it register users just visiting the website. JAUSAS only has information supplied to it by its clients and visitors through completing forms found on the website or sending email.

JAUSAS maintains the security levels for the protection of personal data as required by Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11th, regulating security measures concerning automated data files and has established all necessary measures in order to prevent loss, unauthorized use, modification or stealing of any personal data you supply JAUSAS with. Notwithstanding the forgoing, we would like to draw your attention to the fact no measure can establish invincible security, be it on- or off-line, on the Internet or day to day life.
