All the professionals who form part of JAUSAS are required to observe certain obligations in their work which for our Firm are absolutely imperative. These obligations are part of our corporate culture and our mission as a company and affect both the internal relations of professionals with their colleagues and the Firm itself, and the relations maintained with clients, suppliers and other social and economic agents with whom JAUSAS maintains contact. These are:

- Code of Conduct for Spanish Lawyers
- Catalan Lawyers Regulations
- Regulations governing the right of defence, the profession of lawyer and Madrid lawyers
- Code of Conduct for European Union Lawyers
- Code of Conduct for Economists
- Obligation of service to the client
- Obligation of quality in the provision of this service and in general in client attention
- Obligation of a commitment to the Firm and all the professionals and auxiliary personnel who form part of it
