A new Lecture in Economics organised by the Colegio de Economistas de Cataluña on "The responsibility of the administrators" takes place at the Barcelona headquarters of the same on 8th June. The course will be given by JAUSAS and a number of experts will analyze the liabilities incurred by the administrators in the case of actions supposedly legal or even admitted as normal business practice. Roger Canals, as associate from the Department of Corporate and Business Law and Mª Elisa Escolà, as associate of the Department of Insolvency Law, will make the first presentation on "The administrator's liability from a mercantile and insolvency viewpoint". August Torà, as associate from the Department of Labour Law, will follow with a presentation on "The administrator's liability from an employment viewpoint". Mª José Gómez, specialist in Tax Law, will conclude with a presentation on the "The tax responsibility".
