CAEB's Enterprise Creation and Consolidation Service is organising this talk as part of its Els dimecres emprèn a la CAEB series of information sessions, and it will take place on the coming 24 February at its main Palma de Mallorca headquarters.
Mª Luisa de Alarcón, JAUSAS partner and member of the tax department, will be the speaker. The talk's focus will be the peculiarities of related-party transactions, the different methods for valuing them and the tax treatment of intra-group transactions.
CAEB is the inter-industry employers' confederation that is most representative of the employers of the Balearic Islands, with an affiliation structure made up of more than seventy organisations that represent more than 20,000 businesses in Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
