Roser Ràfols, JAUSAS partner and member of its Insolvency Law Department, will be participating in the workshop Economistas 2009, organised by the Col·legi d'Economistes de Catalunya. The workshop, to be held in Barcelona on 26 November this year, is entitled "The crisis: consequences and transformations" and will analyse the implications of the financial and economic crisis for the production sector, society and the territory, focusing specifically on the role of institutions and economic and social players in establishing the most efficient ways to successfully overcome the current situation. Roser Ràfols will be taking part with a paper entitled "The role of capital investments in financial restructuring".
