On 25th September, JAUSAS was hold a new session of their working breakfasts at the SC Trade Centre in Sant Cugat del Vallés. The object of the event was to analyse the main tools that, from a legal viewpoint, employers use to help prevent late payments as well as the means used to recover loans in situations of non-payment. The presenters were Alberto López-Rodó, partner, and Patricia Savin, associate and member of the Department of Procedural Law at JAUSAS.
