José Manuel Pérez, partner responsible for the Department of Communication and Information Technology, took part as a moderator in the event "Pharma IT", organised by the Institute for International Research (IIR) in Spain. The event took place in Madrid on 17th and 18th June and had for object to analyze how to adapt computer systems to businesses so as to be compliant with the GMP and commercial requirements.  The practical objectives of the event were to understand and master the hardware/software validation processes as well as the network architecture, to incorporate the various software programs and support areas, to resolve the problems of data integration when loaded into the software programs, to assess compliance with 21CFR Part 11 and implant a document/workflow management system (criteria, tools and software integration).
