On this occasion, the Forum talked about "Alternative / complementary medicine: Interaction between pharmaceutical products; their regulation, problems and responsibilities". The speakers were Enrique Bacigalupo Zapater, Magistrate at the High Court and Pere Gascón, Medical Doctor at Barcelona Clinic Hospital. The moderator was Héctor Jausàs, partner in charge of the Department of Health and Pharmaceutical Law from JAUSAS.   

The Healthcare Forum took place in Madrid on 21st May and aimed at being a meeting point for pharmaceutical companies and national and international health products, for specialised lawyers as well as for the various Health Administrations. The aim will be to analyze and interpret the issues and questions raised by Law 29/2006, of 26th July, of Guarantees and Rational Use of Health and Medical products and consider more specially the development of the same.
