In this particular sector, JAUSAS offers the following services:

• The guidance at all stages of public contracting procedures (tendering, offering, negotiation and further implementation of the public sector contracts), both for private companies as well as for Public Sector entities. 
• The development of the legal aspects of PPP and PPI projects and, as a whole, of the carrying out of the public infrastructures works (roads, railroads, ports, airports, and all other types of services), jointly with the private sector.   
• The negotiation and conclusion of financing contracts to build public infrastructures or to supply equipment therefore.
• The setting up of joint ventures, UTEs and other types of collaboration agreements between private companies for the carrying out of the infrastructure projects.
• The guidance to public sector companies for drawing up the Administrative Clauses Articles and any other relevant documents.
• The guidance for private companies in the negotiation and follow up of the building or engineering contracts, even when awarded to subcontractors for infrastructure projects.
• The legal management in administrative procedures and in cases involving action taken against the parties as a result of public contract proceedings and/or of the carrying out of the public works.
