- Legal advice on Clearance and Certification Systems that assess Food Quality: Appellations of Origin/Geographical Indications/ Guaranteed Traditional Specialities.
- Verification of compliance with current legislation on labelling and the Presentation of food and drink products: nutrition and health claims made on foods, mandatory information, etc.
- Advice on Publicity issues: technical and legal advice and audits on the publicity materials related to food and drink products (leaflets, web sites, press campaigns...) Legal representation in litigious processes in cases of illicit publicity (unfaithful, misleading...).
- Advice on aspects related to Innovation in the food sector: Drawing up reports and rulings on the conformity of food products, help for the obtention of a register and authorisations for the use and trading of new foods, functional foods, diet foods, etc., advice on commercialisation and labelling of GMOs and derivatives.
- Compliance with the current legislation on Food Safety: implementation of tracking systems, danger warning systems and critical control points, health and hygiene inspections and sample taking, sales outlet inspections, food crises etc.
- Contract Law: drawing up and negotiation of distribution contracts for food products. Design and analysis of new trade channels: e-commerce of food and drink products.
