- Legal advice on the use of metatags and domain names, as well as assistance regarding conflicts arising from their use.
- Protection of the intellectual property regarding contents of portals and digital platforms.
- Drafting of contracts of software development and licensing as well as hardware distribution and maintenance.
- Drafting of all types of contracts for Internet service providers and other companies working in the IT sector and telecommunications; among others, contracts of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), outsourcing and e-commerce.
