The seminar will take place in Madrid on 29 September and will be given by four industry experts: Alberto Gómez, Multi-Channel Customer Communications, Merck Sharp & Dohme, José Luis Núñez Recuero, Director of the Registry and Medical Affairs Department at Johnson & Johnson, and Remedio Ferreres and Carmen Casado, associates.
JAUSAS will be responsible for analysing the legal aspects of the online promotion of medicines, taking a look at how current regulations govern promoting and advertising prescription drugs online and, secondly, the legal issues to be particularly borne in mind depending on the advertising channel chosen and the use of electronic spaces administered by third parties.
