The coming into effect on 19th April of Development Regulation 1720/2007, of 21st December, that enforces the Development Regulation of L.O. 16/19999, of 13th December, on Data Privacy Protection, implies the introduction of a number of noticeable changes in the management of personal data records and compels organizations to instrument various technical, organizational and legal measures for the handling of data privacy records.
JAUSAS organised this breakfast work session to analyse the main new features of the law and the enforcement of the same.
