The event will take place in Madrid on 20 September and will bring together a significant group of speakers who will analyse, from a range of different viewpoints, the present and future of healthcare services consumption and the increasingly important role played in it by "Web 2.0" and, in general, the use of social networks. Speakers include communication and e-business directors of a number of pharmaceutical laboratories, specialists in online communications and journalists specialising in social networks. JAUSAS is responsible for the legal part of the seminar, entitled What we can say via social networks and to whom, with a talk on the legal restrictions faced by the pharmaceutical industry when communicating via social media. The talk will analyse the existing regulatory framework, the process of validating and authorising communications, how to handle oneself in light of legal limitations and, lastly, will take a look at some case studies. The speaker will be Carmen Casado, Senior Associate at the firm and specialist from its Information and Communication Technologies Department.
