The Seminar will be held on Wednesday 22 September in Barcelona under the auspices of FENIN (Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Businesses) and AEFI (Spanish Association of Industry Pharmacists).
Speeches will be given by Carmen Ruíz-Villar, Senior Technician at the Healthcare Products Monitoring Unit; Salvador Cassany, Service Head of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Products Sub-Directorate General at the Catalan Government; Cristina Batlle, Chief of the Spanish Government's Functional Department for Health in Catalonia and Héctor Jausàs, partner in charge of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Law Division at JAUSAS. Jausàs will participate as a speaker with a talk entitled "Practical Issues in Healthcare Distribution Contract Negotiation," in which - among a number of other topics such as the advantages of oral and written contracts, key negotiation points for distribution contracts, the effects of current legislation and contract termination - will also address the particular case of public tenders and white label contracts.
