Luis Briones, JAUSAS Partner specialising in Litigation and Property Law, will participate as a lecturer in this, the fourth edition of this Masters, organised by the University of Barcelona and ICAB, the Barcelona Bar Association. Specifically, his session took place on 23 November and dealt with Spain's Building Planning Act (LOE, Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación).
The Masters runs from October 2010 to December 2011. Its main goal is to provide solid, comprehensive, practical and multidisciplinary training for law graduates so that they can practice the main areas of the law: civil, mercantile, procedural, criminal, labour, administrative, tax and international.
