Luis Briones, partner of the Department of Franchise and Commercial Distribution Law from JAUSAS, took part in the FIDE Forum session on "Construction, urban planning and Real Estate". The Forum took place on December 17th in Madrid, and was about "Running businesses in Commercial Centres". The aim of the meeting was to explore in depth the regulation, together the most relevant technical aspects of the same, of the economic activity that constitute the businesses in a commercial centre, from real estate planning to the final use of products and services the businesses generate. Luis Briones took part as speaker jointly with Fernando Redondo, from the Ventura-Garcés & Lopez-Ibor law firm.
