On February 28th and 29th, the Department of Real Estate Law of JAUSAS organised a working breakfast on "The New Regulations on Safety in Subcontracts"
The main objective of the session was to analyse the key points of the new Law 32/2006, of 18th October, which regulates subcontracting in the building sector. The analysis of the new law helps to establish on legal grounds, as of its enforcement date on 19th April, the subcontracting procedures the building companies in our country are regularly confronted with.
The moderator was Ms. Mercè Caral, as a JAUSAS partner.
