Cementos Molins has appointed Roser Ràfols as director, to represent the interests of Foro Familiar Molins, a body made up of siblings Santiago, Javier and Gloria Molins Amat, whose shareholding is approximately 10%.

Roser Ràfols has been a partner at JAUSAS since 2008, when she joined from the firm Roca Junyent. As a founder of BCN Business Angels and the Barcelona Digital Foundation, Ràfols boasts an impressive professional track record spanning a range of her specialist corporate, M&A and bankruptcy law know-how.
