María Luisa de Alarcón, partner and member of the Department of Tax Law, took part in the eighth annual conference "Tax planning strategies. U.S. and Europe". The conference was organised by the tax section of the American Bar Association (ABA) jointly with a number of sponsors among which is JAUSAS. The event took place on 3rd and 4th April in Madrid. María Luisa de Alarcón was there as moderator in the conference on "Migration and mergers of European Business Entities".
