MªElisa Escolà, as associate and member of the Department of Insolvency Law from JAUSAS, took part in the seminar on " Combating late payment in commercial transactions: the new European monitoring process ". The seminar, organised by the European Association of Lawyers (AEA-EAL) jointly with the Barcelona Bar (ICAB), took place on 2nd, 3rd and 4th October at the ICAB main office in Barcelona. MªElisa Escolà made a presentation on "The protection of credit in cases of insolvency".
