Maria Cedó, associate and member of the Department of European Union and Competition Law of JAUSAS, participated in the ACC Europe's 2008 Annual Conference organised by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). The conference took place in Madrid between 1st and 3rd June through different presentations and round tables. Maria Cedó took part in the round table "Developing an IP contract template" and she spoke about competition law aspects related to the creation of joint ventures.
