The Food and Agriculture Department of JAUSAS organised a Working Breakfast on the recent Community regulation on "Nutrition and health claims made on foods"

On November 29th, in Madrid, was hold a working breakfast to talk about a growing reality in the food and agriculture sector: the commercialisation of foods advertised as nutritional and healthy. 

The meeting was earmarked for Internal Legal departments, General Managers, Researchers, Business associations and Publicity and Marketing associations, and analysed CE Regulation number 1924/2006 (in force since July 1st, 2007). At the same time,it provided the participants with a guide on how to interpret the new regulation and  suggest a number of actions to adapt it to the new realities.
