Our activities in this practice area are focused on matters related to the national and European competition legislation. The Masters in Law of the European Union organised by the Carlos III University of Madrid, - which began a new cycle last October- had Hector Jausas from the JAUSAS law firm as a guest lecturer. As a JAUSAS partner, he is responsible for the Pharmaceutical Law Department and he is a specialist in Competition Law. His contribution took place at the occasion of the XIVth Conference on European and Spanish Competition Law, and was about " A year in the Defense of Competition Services in Spain".
