The event was chaired by Maria Cedó, a partner from the JAUSAS law firm . The main topic of the day was to analise the new aspects introduced in the Law Project on the Defence of the Competence - which was presented to the Parliament Members of the Congress and was published in The Official Journal of Parliament on September 8th - and compare it with the present Law 16/1989 of July 17th, on Defence of the Competence.
