European Union and competition law
Our activities in this practice area are focused on matters related to the national and European competition legislation. Reme Ferreres and Cristina Val, as lawyers and members of the Department of Food and Agriculture Law of JAUSAS, took part in the event dedicated to " CE Regulation 1924/2006, on nutritional information and the health properties of food", which was organised by the Association of Diet and Food Complements Businesses (AFEPADI). The Event took place on July, 4th in Barcelona and the contribution of Mss. Ferreres and del Val consisted in providing practical answers to the enforcement of the mentioned regulation.
